Screen is empty on the Razer Book 13.

Hello, your Razer Book 13 stopped showing anything after a few days. It works with an external monitor, the touch screen functions properly, but the display is blank. No issue with Windows detection or the ribbon cable. You've tried reinstalling Windows, updating drivers, and opening DDU—still no display. You reached out to Razer and mentioned you need to ship the laptop to Germany, hoping they can offer further help before sending it.

The display settings only identify the external monitor. The internal monitor isn't detected.

Yep, I finally took the panel out of the model. Poped it back and the screen now light up, and I can clearly see that the screen is cracked..... Panel made by sharp and they don't sell spares and neither does Razer, gg I guess

Sure thing! I've located this panel and it seems to fit well. The camera cut-outs appear accurate.
