Specs- R5 3600x Asus Strix B550F gaming motherboard with 32GB DDR4 RAM, 3200MHz CPU, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro Msi RTX 3070 Ti, gaming setup for Trio Rosewill 650W bronze PSU, 2TB NVMe SSD, 1TB HDD. While playing games, my PC occasionally freezes and restarts after about 5 to 10 minutes, then I’m forced to log out. After logging back in, everything seems normal. However, this keeps happening even though all apps close properly. When signing in, nothing seems to change. I suspect either the GPU is overheating or my PSU struggles under gaming load.

Typically this comes from GPU protection features on the power supply unit. If I were you, my first move would be to replace your power supply with one that has more power and better performance. Could you tell me what model you're using?

Opt for a superior PSU, rose isn't considered a premium option... check if this resolves your concern

This power supply seems to be in poor condition overall. It would be wise to replace it with a higher-quality unit. Almost certain this is the root cause of your issues.

I don’t have enough information to suggest a specific PSU. Could you share more details about your requirements or system specifications?
