i was attempting to boost my pc's performance. after installing the burner, i uploaded all the core settings to msi. they recommended removing the main battery. i followed their advice, watched some tutorial videos, and tried the process multiple times, even overnight. when i opened the pc and clicked on a software, it would freeze and go black. i saw a video suggesting closing the system in windows recovery and then switching to safe mode to delete the msi after burner. i reset the password and entered mine, but it still wouldn't work. i repeated the battery removal and tried again, but the motherboard settings would flash to default. the screen remained black.
