So I reinstalled Windows and the PC is now starting up, and I think it's no longer crashing (though I might need to use it for a while just to confirm). I suspect it was an issue with Asus or a driver problem, but I'm confident it's fixed. I'll keep you updated.

I believe it relates to the GPU, which means I won't be downloading any more GPU programs or making unnecessary overclocking adjustments.

Last time, the computer is now functioning properly. The problem wasn't a hardware fault but related to the overclocks I applied. If you're experiencing a blank login screen similar to mine, reinstalling Windows resolved it in about 20 minutes. For users with an Asus GPU using GPU Tweak 2, this might be the cause. A system restart should fix the issue. Thanks for the help.
