Screen freezes unexpectedly
I was talking and playing with my friend on Discord when I went to shower. When I got back, the PC screen was black and both the keyboard and mouse were off. I tried turning it on several times but nothing changed. I left it off and went for dinner. After eating, I turned it back on and booted into Windows, fixing all files. It finally started up. Then I opened Steam and saw a message saying Spotify wouldn't load. I ignored it and moved to FiveM. While loading my favorite SV list or entering a screen, another one appeared again and the PC didn’t boot into Windows. I’m planning to reinstall Windows from scratch, but I’m worried it could be a hardware problem. If anyone has any ideas, please help. Thanks.
