Hi.
There was a complete green screen freeze with no text displayed during today's session while playing RDR2 story mode. I had to shut it off by pressing the power button. Immediately after, the Xbox controller lost its signal and there was no sound either. What does this suggest? Is this a typical problem with PCs that can occur occasionally, or is it quite unusual? The PC is only a month old, and when I turned it back on, nothing seemed to be hot. I read online that this could potentially damage the system. After a hard restart, I ran the command Chkdsk C: /f /r /x to check and repair the disc drive. No issues were found, so it might not be an SSD problem. I’d like to know what others think—could this be related to the graphics driver, the game itself, or something else? I’m playing on a LG OLED C1 from 2021 with AMD FreeSync.

Hi again, the issue persists even after a ddu clean of the drivers. I've tested several games now, but it only occurs in rdr2. It was the first time it happened suddenly. This time I saw a black screen flicker, then the hdr logo appeared on the TV and later turned green after a few minutes.
