Hello, I'm reaching out for assistance and appreciate any support you can offer. My issue involves a blue screen of death displaying the error "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE ATIKMPAG.SYS." It's been a persistent problem lately. Despite updating the graphics driver and downgrading it to a compatible version, the fix didn't work. I also searched for the problematic file in system32/drivers but couldn't locate it. My PC specifications are: Ryzen 5 2400G APU, Rog Strix b350-f gaming motherboard, 16 GB RAM (2 sticks at 3200 MHz), and Radeon software version 18.5.1.
Check for drivers lacking DDU and update them. If issues persist, restart and reinstall Windows. Verify if performance drops under heavy video card usage and monitor temperatures.
Attempted before but failed. Issue occurs only during gameplay, APU remains cool.
