Hello, about a week ago I encountered a blue screen, and I was really busy then, so I didn’t notice. Now I’m facing another blue screen with the same error code: ntoskernel.exe. After some research, I think it might be related to RAM memory. I tried a Windows memory test and got these results here: https://easyupload.io/pvtm9c. Should I run MemTest86? My main worry is the “CPU : 6” line at the end—it’s new to me, so I’m not sure what it means. Could my CPU be faulty?

That's a bad RAM issue. You might want to try reseating both the RAM and CPU to check if it improves things. I'd also test each stick separately to pinpoint the problem. If errors persist, it's time to contact customer support for a replacement. A faulty CPU is uncommon, so this isn't likely.

I really hoped for it. The moment I noticed "CPU 6" my thoughts shifted to CPU problems. It's funny that my CPU warranty just expired two weeks ago, but I still have the RAM warranty. I'll follow your advice and check the individual modules tomorrow before testing them.
