I tried to overclocking my Ryzen 7 2700x to 4.0ghz with 1.25v, now my display is totally blank. I tried clearing the CMOS, still nothing. When I press the power button, all the fans start spinning, but just no display.

Need to reinitialize CMOS. Review your motherboard manual for precise steps or search online on another device for the correct procedure. Or provide your specifications, and I can assist in locating the proper instructions for resetting the CMOS on your motherboard.

Thank you for your patience. I've been performing CMOS clearing for a few days now and even tried removing the battery overnight.

I’m trying to figure out if I accidentally damaged the BIOS settings, since this was my initial assembly.

When removing the battery, you might need to swap a jumper. You switch it for 30 seconds before putting the battery back. Refer to your manual for precise instructions.
I'm confident the bios can be recovered. Don't stress too much at this point.
Just to confirm, were any other settings in the bios altered besides voltage and multiplier (CPU)? Also, having your complete specifications at this stage is crucial and will assist further.

For your initial OC, you don't have to mess around with LLC, especially at the higher settings.

Consider trying alternative methods to access the BIOS, such as using a USB drive or checking physical keyboard settings.

Did you press the links? They explain how to reset the CMOS on your motherboard! This is the initial step. If done right, it will restore access to the BIOS after a restart. Assuming there are no other problems with your motherboard (which I question), as long as you only adjusted the core voltage for the CPU and the CPU multiplier for your overclock attempt, that should work. Have you changed the SOC, CPU offset, memory voltage, or something else?
