I own a Dell Inspiron 3670 running Windows 10. My system specs are 3200 MHz RAM, 16 GB of memory, an Intel i3-8100 CPU that supports up to 2666 MHz integrated graphics. I’m not a tech enthusiast, but I’m curious if the higher clock speed is contributing to the issues I’ve noticed after installing new RAM. The problem started once I added the new memory and the old one didn’t behave the same. Could a 3200 MHz setting on an i3-8100 cause this glitching? Thanks for your help!
