I purchased a new SSD and installed Windows on it. After playing one round on R6S, I encountered a random black screen with a persistent buzzing noise, which prompted me to shut down the system. I usually see no errors, but occasionally a blue screen appears with a hardware error message. I think the issue might be related to the SSD, since reinstalling Windows on my hard drive didn’t cause crashes in games. Now I’m curious about what could be wrong with the SSD, as it doesn’t happen when using the home menu or Chrome. I ran an SFC scan, which fixed some errors, but the problem still exists. I also checked if my SSD was compatible with my motherboard and confirmed it was my device, though I’m unsure if the issue stems from an old BIOS on my motherboard.
