I own a Zotac GTX 1060 3gb AMP Core edition with a firestrike graphic score of 11.800-12000
It’s not bad, but I’m at the bottom of my group.
Some people have scores between 12500 and 14000, but they’re usually pushing their GPU to overclock a lot.
However, my firestrike keeps crashing whenever I try to overclock it. Of course, this is just a small overclock of +100 cores and +200 memory, totaling 2025mhz on the core and 4050 on memory. But the crashes happen every time, especially during the second graphic test.
I didn’t even change the core voltage.
I’ve tried overclocking with Valley and Furmark, and it worked fine.
With 10 minutes of Furmark, my GPU never reached 70c with +110 cores and +250 memory. The crashes seem to only occur with firestrike.
So I’m stuck with my stock boost clock between 1860-1930mhz, and I’ve never gone above 12050 on my graphic score.
I’ve noticed someone with nearly the same GPU, CPU, RAM, and OS got about a 10% improvement, even though their clock speeds are identical. They’re using an SSD and possibly a better motherboard—though I don’t know if that matters.
Could anyone help me figure out if there’s an issue with my system or if I just missed the right chance?
My PC specs:
Gtx 1060 3gb
i5 4690 3.5ghz
8GB RAM
Enermax NAXN 500w PSU
Windows 7 64bit
Overall firestrike score: 9050 (https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/26739369)
Sorry for the unclear English too

I've achieved an average overall score of 9200. However, I've observed that my graphic score is only 11.600, which is lower than before. I've attempted to overclock my GPU without experiencing crashes, but it requires significantly higher core voltage and results in a lower graphics score (12100) followed by a drop to 9000. Could this indicate an issue with the PSU or Mobo not maintaining stable voltage?
