Installed a brand new Windows version on a new M.2 drive. Added GeForce Experience, Steam, MSI Afterburner (no overclock applied), and Ryzen Master (Bios had PBO enabled). The upgrade boosted my score by 2000 points. I’m planning to test if I can fix my Windows install on the SSD again, aiming for similar improvements. It might have been a service issue that slowed things down. Here are the previous and new benchmark links for reference.

The testing results are highly unpredictable. Scores vary significantly from one run to another, making it difficult to rely on consistent evaluations.

It looks like Rainmeter was the issue. After everything, turning it off at startup improved my score by 2000 points on Timespy, getting me near the average for my hardware. I don’t know why it happened—it’s too late now, but I’m relieved I fixed it. Time to go to bed.

Execute hwinfo and perform benchmark tests. Share the sensor details here. Frequently hardware issues appear in these logs. Even after optimization, you may encounter hidden performance constraints.
