Times are unlikely to improve. The H510 Elite performs poorly in heat management, and a 120mm radiator underperforms compared to a single tower cooler. It’s unreasonable to expect it to keep up with the 5950X. You should switch to a superior cooler right away instead of wasting effort. VRMs reaching such high temperatures are a major issue. It could be the board itself, but an improved airflow case would likely resolve the problem even with those weak VRMs. Essentially, you’re dealing with multiple issues here.

It's famous for poor thermals, especially in high-altitude conditions. A video by Gamers Nexus titled "Making things worse, Forgetting the Basics - NZXT H510 Elite Review" ranks it in the bottom 5 and 6 across all reviewed models since its release.
they're not significantly worse, yet zen 3 operates much hotter than earlier zen CPUs, which means you must use top-tier coolers. A 240 rad AIO is sufficient for a 5800x, but for the 5950x you'll likely need at least a 360 rad unit
You checked the review before, but your previous setup didn’t have problems, so I thought it wouldn’t be a big issue. I just placed the Crosshair VIII He because it was the top rank on the list and should arrive tomorrow. With this new game, do you have any recommendations for a case and an AIO? I heard Meshify 2 is a solid pick, but I’m not sure which AIOs are worth it. I only got the NZXT ones mainly because of their appearance. Any suggestions would be great!
