You're experiencing a low Time Spy score for your CPU despite it being overclocked to 4.3GHz. The processor runs smoothly with temperatures staying under 70°C, but no background processes are running. This could indicate an issue with the system load, driver conflicts, or thermal throttling not activating properly.

The 3dmark score for 5400 aligns closely with the 5900 average for that CPU. If your GPU is basic, using an older, lower-quality benchmark won’t perform as effectively as software that mainly uses the CPU.

my 3060ti gaming x trio is performing well with a GPU that handles the workload, achieving scores between 12980-13000 in time spy graphic score. previously I got about 5800 on CPU, but now it's around 5400 without any changes. The overclocking remains consistent.
