I understand the issue with your Steam Library size. Are you exploring alternative storage methods for your games?

The games I’m playing are on my SSDs while the others use mechanical drives. Steam allows multiple drives and keeps saves in one location, which means nothing to worry about. Just move the unused titles if there’s room elsewhere.

I operate a solid-state drive for my PC and keep games there, while my operating system runs on a solid-state drive. From my perspective, this falls more under storage solutions, though it's not completely unrelated.

They mentioned using a secondary HDD alongside their download folders and other big folders like media, photos, documents, etc. Others have shared storing their games on external USB 3.0 drives so they can carry their whole collection anywhere or switch systems without re-downloading everything.

I specialize in this area. I store most of my games on my HDD RAID 0 and the top titles on my SSD RAID 0. I wish Steam offered a drag-and-drop feature to rebuild your library. I have more than 150 games, with the majority on my HDD. Often I need to re-download my SSD games. It’s simpler with Origin when you reinstall your OS. My advice is to keep your OS on a dedicated drive and your Steam games on another. That way, your games stay mostly unchanged.
