Save My PC - PLEASE
Hey there, I see you're dealing with a couple of tricky problems on your PC. Let me try to help you sort this out. You mentioned a persistent beeping sound whenever the machine is powered on, even after unplugging everything. That suggests a possible issue with the USB connection or a faulty port. The log file you shared might be useful for identifying patterns or errors during those connections.
Regarding the crashes, it sounds like your system freezes completely—screens freeze, time displays stop updating, and the monitor stays on but shows nothing. This could point to a hardware or driver problem. Since you've confirmed all drivers are up to date, it might be worth checking the USB cable or port for damage.
For the keyboard and mouse not responding, it seems like the RGB lighting is stuck in a pattern and won’t change. Sometimes resetting the display or checking for power issues can help. Also, ensure your case isn’t blocking the fans properly.
If you're unable to shut down the PC manually, try waiting a few minutes before trying to power it back on. If you see any unusual noises or lights, that could also be a clue.
I hope these suggestions help, and please let me know if you need further guidance!
Hi both, thank you for replying. The computer doesn't "crash" 24/7. So, these screenshots were taken when the computer was on and haven't yet crashed. The only screenshot that is directly linked to the pc crashing is the 3rd one where it states in the general description that the previous system was shut down unexpected (unexpectedly because it "crashed" - the screen froze, the led lights on keyboard and mouse stopped lighting up and the internal fan led lights all stopped changing colours). I was able to screenshot the event log only after I plugged the pc out, waited for a bit until the noise is made then plugged it back in. the pc can crash several times a day or none at all so it's pretty strange and it's not related to the load used on the pc because sometimes I'll turn it on, and it crashes immediately after with nothing opened. in terms of my pc specs, it is windows 11, 3070 gpu, 1000w modular power supply unit, ryzen 3900x, 32 gb ram, 2tb ssd. Motherboard is dark hero. I'm not sure if it has a TPM module, but my specs are above if you'd be able to tell if it does or not. If you need any other spec let me know. The strange noise it makes is kind of like a spark? I guess that's the closest way to describe it.
