I have GTA V on my C: drive, but my Rockstar folder is on F: drive. I moved the folder to Documents on C: but it made a new Documents folder on F: and started writing there. Edit: It seems Windows didn’t actually change the location of your Documents drive—it just created another one in the library. Microsoft, please help.

The launcher includes an options section. You can adjust settings within the program to relocate items, though they'll remain linked to their original position. The term "steam mover" is just a label—it should function for any setup you choose. http://www.traynier.com/software/steammover
