began strange occurrences this week, the drives functioned fine until suddenly the system would crash as if it triggered a BSOD, then reset once the drives were removed. the drives and virtual drive disappeared from Megaraid storage manager, disk manager, file explorer, and any active downloads or transfers caused errors. they only reappeared after rebooting until they started happening again randomly. the card is a MegaRaid LSI 9260-8i with 6TB SAS Seagate drives. the event viewer displays some unusual errors that might be important.
