I attempted to launch a game of San Andreas, but it reported it's running yet insists on playing, then refuses to start.
Abandon Steam, begin anew.
I attempted to log out and back in, but nothing worked.
Turn off your computer and restart it. Avoid purchasing GTA San Andreas from Steam—it has issues and is not ideal. Instead, get a physical copy.
