I own an i5 8500k with a gigabyte z370m d3h motherboard. My 16gb 3600mhz non-bd ram works without issues. Recently I installed Corsair 32gb 3200mhz RAM and it functioned properly. Now the CL in BIOS is set to 15-15-15-36 by default. I can still reach 3200mhz, but beyond that nothing appears on the monitor even when the PC is active. Help needed.

Based on these times, it definitely won't work. Are you combining different RAM types? If so, try using the new package on its own and see if it functions.

It seems like something is wrong. I verified it should be dead, but the timing doesn’t match. Now I’m really confused—what should I do?

The Samsung B-die isn't functioning properly. It seems to be a binning reject.

You're having trouble reaching 3200mhz. Try adjusting your settings or checking for any conflicts. If the issue persists, consult the documentation or support team for further assistance.

Is this a 2x16GB configuration? Have you placed the two drives in slots 2 and 4? Are you attempting to activate XMP settings or merely adjust the frequency manually? What values are configured for VCCIO and VCCSA?

The problem lies here. The packet indicated one cl..., but the BIOS displays tighter timing settings by default... I’m not sure about the device or VCCSA

Are you combining parts from both kits? If yes, test using only the new kit. If it works, confirm they're placed in slots 2 and 4. Also, experiment with the vccio and sa voltages, adjusting them to 1.1-1.2. You might notice a change in the output to 1.35 and see if that helps.

Are you adjusting the memory speed yourself? You should configure the XMP profile, as all modules will operate at JEDEC rates by default—typically 2133 MHz or 2400 MHz.

As mentioned before, at CL16-20-20 it definitely isn't B-Die. If it is, it’s likely bottom-of-the-barrel binning. Are you confirming the source? Probably CJR or E-Die.
