Same old micro stutters with Ryzen 9800X3D?
Used latencymon, nothing unusual.
Updated to the newest BIOS, as discussed earlier.
Game bar functionality works with the game.
Adjusted minimum CPU thresholds to 100%.
Still experiencing stutters despite these changes.
Proceeding with a clean OS install to 24h2. Will only download updates; no other files. Testing latest drivers and R6 game.
Currently waiting for the game to finish downloading and with just 1 tab of chrome PC froze and I had to shutdown manually.

What is your FCLK? Restart the curve shaper to the standard setting. Test with hydra to verify your undervolting consistency.
Before starting, have you performed a stress test and benchmark? Check stability under full load and compare your results to others online to determine if you're within the acceptable range and refine your settings. Stop adjusting the bios except when necessary and you're certain of what you're doing.
CPU should be set to -10 CO, that's all. Once it stabilizes, you can attempt lowering it in small steps. Many users, including myself, can reach nearly the maximum limit of -25 with a quality motherboard.
DCOP and EXPO don't work well for me. Based on my experience, these tools don't function like XMP does with Intel processors. Enable the Asus memory tool, observe the timing values it provides, and adjust them manually. That's how I achieved stable RAM performance, let alone booting.
Other settings to consider: svm, data scramble, tsme, psm, smee – all should be disabled.
Use the default 2000 FCLK, but also experiment with a slightly slower speed and see what happens. Check the results below.
Continue memory training for a few days. Once stability is confirmed, turn it off (just search in the bios for your model). The boot time will increase, but you won't need to reset the CMOS if anything goes wrong.
This approach is generally advised, though not absolute. I often see it mentioned, and after further research, it seems mathematically ideal for an even ratio, but some CPUs don't handle it well. My system boots at 2133 and remains stable. A 2000 FCLK will only work if you're okay with a bit of latency, which I believe is normal for my setup with optimal configurations. It's unclear whether this applies to AMD or DDR5 systems.
