This voltage is too high. It’s unlikely the system will run at 4.5 with all cores engaged—maybe around 4.3, but not 4.4 under any practical load.

Values above 1.3 are not recommended (rapid breakdown within 1-3 months). Values above 1.275 could lead to CPU degradation after one to two years.

Really? Your Asus TUF automatic OC boosts it to 4.2GHz at 1.29v, which means the motherboard might not be ideal for this setup.
