So i'm using an i5 6600k with a hyper 212 evo single fan. I've been running it at 4.5 ghz for roughly a month and haven't noticed temperatures above 75°C in Cinebench or hardcore gaming. Should I be concerned about this overheating issue?
Usually, in casual games the temps stay around 60-65°C.

That's correct. As long as temperatures stay below 80°C, everything is fully safe.

Too much voltage and heat damage electronics, not just from overclocking. As long as you don’t overload the CPU with excessive voltage and temperatures stay manageable, everything should be okay. A 75°C reading during testing is normal for that processor.
