Keep increasing voltage until you reach 4 GHz or temperatures exceed 90°C. Amd advises staying below 1.45 volts and verify stability with tools like Cinebench R20.

This method isn't the standard way to check CPU temps. I suggest stress-testing the CPU with at least an hour of Prime95. If it exceeds 85°C, stop right away.

Aim for the lowest possible voltage needed to reach the desired frequency. Excessive voltage may damage the chip, and higher voltages generate more heat—follow this guideline. Yes, I suggest using the Small FFTs feature in the software.
