Blue iris seems to be managed by one individual or a tiny team. There appears to be no dedicated support group; for genuine assistance, consider other products with stronger business focus. While it doesn’t indicate major issues, it might suggest a single-person approach.

I've consistently succeeded with Blue Iris. They offer solid community help through various online groups for troubleshooting. If you prefer higher-end tools, Milestone Systems provides excellent software that I currently use.

Zoneminder functioning as a VM milestone (needs Windows Server) also works without a VBox.

I've been working with BlueIris for several years smoothly. I contacted support once when I lost my activation email, and they replied the next day. For further help with BlueIris, I rely on the ipcamtalk.com forums.
