You haven't overclocked before, so you're asking about safe settings for your 1070 Ti with MSI Afterburner. It's good to know if you can crank the voltage fully on.

My response is to avoid it. It’s a questionable idea right off the bat, and could cause your gear to degrade more quickly over time. If you keep things conservative, you probably won’t harm anything, but you won’t gain much in performance. Pushing too hard might not pay off, especially if you’re testing the limits—results could vary depending on the situation, the game, the settings, and even the timing of the moon on Hoth.

If you enjoy experimenting with these things (though I usually don’t on my main machines), proceed with caution. Start slowly, begin with the CPU rather than the graphics card, and pay attention to what others say—check blogs and gaming sites before diving in. Good luck.

Well honestly, I can’t overclock my CPU because I have an A320 Mobo. Also, as I know, all 1070 Ti cards are clocked identically, so I should be able to get some extra performance without harming the card. I started this thread just to find out what people have clocked their cards at as a safe range.
