I used to have a Q6600 for a while. The 3.2 was the highest I could push it. Going beyond that causes crashes, probably because either the motherboard or CPU isn't up to the task of handling such speed. Every CPU behaves differently when overclocked.

Alright, I'll settle for 3.2 then. GTA V plays really well either way, though there are occasional loading problems in story mode, but online works perfectly.
