The motherboard is a GA-78LMT-USB3 with a Cooler Master Hyper T2. I have it up to 4.2ghx. The temperatures are as follows: 66C on Prime95 Blend and 56C on CPU - Z Stress testing. I don't like the difference in stress programs, does this seem safe for the long term? Thanks in advance.

As long as you don't frequently run Prime 95, that's fine. Use AoD to monitor thermal margins: http://www.amd.com/en-us/innovations/sof...over-drive Thermal Margin refers to how much longer the CPU can operate before reaching its highest temperature. AMD processors can sometimes behave unpredictably with third-party software for temperature tracking. My FX-4350 stayed within safe temperatures at 4.7 GHz during the Intel Burn Test.
