Safe brightness setting for this model.
I'm using a Ryzen 5 1400 for my gaming rig now. I previously had a 2600 but it's in my work machine until after the price drop. I'm looking for a simple overclock that's reliable and won't hurt my performance too much. No time to experiment with advanced settings.
3.8 GHz at 1.30-1.375 volts works well and remains stable. You'll need to test different voltages to determine the optimal setting for your chip. I've observed stable OCs using lower voltages, but this recommendation aims to maximize stability. You might need to increase the SoC voltage to about 1V for full reliability. EDIT: Keep in mind that with certain LLC designs, you may want to verify the voltage via HW info to ensure accuracy. My Vcore on my 1700 is slightly higher than what the BIOS displays because of this adjustment.
