Never liked the starting hornet much—actually, gladius easily takes it over, even a Mustang Delta can keep up. The super hornet’s turret changes everything, giving it the power it needs to offset its slow speed. It wobbles like a rally car, has easily damaged thrusters, and feels like it’s prone to uncontrollable spins when missiles go off. It’s also pretty slow overall. In my view, standard hornet beats gladius, gladius beats gladiator, and gladiator edges sabre for solo dogfighters. That last order is just an idea—sabre might be even more like a super gladius than a regular hornet. Bigger shields, better guns, and keeping those S2 missiles? That’s exactly what I want.

Recent updates from the PTU appear to resolve the hornet thrusters issue.

I'm in a comparable scenario. The civilian hornet is more affordable and relies on your gear setup, which can be quite powerful but may not be the safest. The Gladiator and Sabre are pricier, yet they probably offer superior defense. Plus, the sabre includes LTI for its price.

It looks like this model is marketed as a stealthy, ghost-like vessel that outperforms anything else. I find it really interesting and would love to own one.

I also saw that. Additionally, I have more figures; the Gladius reached roughly halfway through wave 9.
