Use PCPARTPICKER 1) Opt for a seasonic or xfx PSU instead.
2) Consider NVIDIA options.
3) What’s the purpose of that link?
4) Check the webpage at the provided URL.
5) Another Intel-focused resource.
6) Download details from Intel’s site.
7) VGA is a graphics card—avoid your 980ti model.
8) Unless you’re experiencing issues.
9) Only if necessary.
10) Probably applicable to most cases.
11) Review the video shown.
12) See what it reveals.
13) It may give further insight.
14) Final thoughts added.
15) Overall assessment.

It still supports running your specs.
Check Nvidia's official site for details.
Download the Asrock page, locate your motherboard name and USB 3.0 driver.
I’m not sure about step 5, but why would you buy a VGA if you won’t use it? Please clarify.
You should adjust the storage priority.
Yes, you can do that.
Just set the storage priority when installing Windows via USB flash drive.
Change the first setting to point to your SSD.
After installation, restart and reconnect the HDD cable.
I’m not entirely confident on points 7 through 15, but I remember something important.
Reminder: Before installing Windows, unplug the SATA cable from the HDD until it finishes installing, then plug it back in.
If you have more questions, feel free to ask!

You're welcome! It's unclear from your question why the power supply or AIO cooler aren't working. Could you provide more details about the issue?

You might want to consider a different AIO liquid cooler, but the Corsair RM 750W, 80 Plus Gold seems adequate for your power supply needs.

1. The quiet is needed! Power Zone 750W 80 plus bronze will work perfectly for my project.
2. It's best to get drivers from official sites like Nvidia or AMD rather than third-party sources—they provide the most recent updates. Manufacturer sites often use outdated versions.
3. If your motherboard doesn’t list USB 3.0 support, it’s already included in the operating system you’re using.
4. I’m not sure about the INF file; usually I install all drivers except integrated audio and GPU.
5. The Intel Management Engine driver manages SATA connections; it’s probably not required.
6. The Intel Smart Connect driver is typically unnecessary unless you have specific needs.
7. Intel Rapid Storage Technology speeds up HDDs but isn’t essential.
8. VGA drivers aren’t needed if you won’t use them.
9. BIOS settings can be adjusted later; don’t worry about changing order right now.
10. An external USB drive works just fine for installing Windows; no need for an optical drive.
11. The ASRock page lists INF as the chipset driver—confirm that’s what you need.
12. In BIOS, adjust boot priorities in the main menu and save before rebooting.
13. Yes, restart after configuring everything to ensure Windows installs correctly.
14. To set SSD as boot device and HDD as secondary storage, configure them in Windows settings.
15. The Enermax LiqMax II 240 model isn’t compatible with AIO systems—use it fully.

The Intel Management Engine doesn't manage SATAIII. The PCH manages all slow connections, such as SATA (Z77, Z78, Z97, etc.). Concerning Intel Management, I came across this link: http://www.slideshare.net/codeblue_jp/ig...nsky-enpub 8.) Graphics cards are often called VGA. In that context, VGA drivers are essential. 14.) When you set up Windows on an SSD, it becomes your boot drive. During installation, ensure the hard drive isn't connected, or Windows might create a system partition that locks it until reinstalled. To organize files, Steam offers tools to add libraries to different drives. For default media folders, right-click and go to Properties to view the Location tab, which lets you adjust the folder position. This applies similarly to Downloads. 15.) I need to point out something here. Your viewpoint seems to lack details, offering only your personal stance. It didn't clarify why you avoid AIOs or explain your preference beyond mentioning air cooling. This doesn't assist the reader in making an informed choice.

It's uncommon to find GPU makers naming their drivers as VGA. Mobos includes iGPU drivers under VGA categories. I thought the question focused on those since GPU drivers appeared near the top. 15. That makes sense. I meant I'm mistaken about whether an AIO is good or not. I don't really engage with related topics. I can compare air coolers across price ranges, highlighting pros and cons. My opinion on AIOs applies only to 240/280mm sizes being worthwhile for overclocking, otherwise it depends on space.
