Here we are, facing several issues: high CPU consumption, performance slowdown, and Vsync affecting the experience. Partial improvement with Vsync helps a bit, though it's not well received. Previously, I achieved smooth 80+ FPS on powerful settings, but now I experience frequent drops to around 20 seconds and sometimes only steady 40 FPS for a few games. Need assistance! The drivers are current, and I have an R9 390 with an Xeon E3 1231 v3 processor, 8GB RAM, and an MSI B85 G43 Gaming graphics card.

You're experiencing a high CPU usage with your Overwatch game, especially on a mid-range system. It seems the GameScannerService from Razer is contributing significantly, but other factors like your GPU load and settings might also play a role. Consider checking for background processes, adjusting game settings, or temporarily disabling non-essential services to see if usage drops.

Sure, it made a significant difference in the removal process, and you won't miss any functionality afterward. As I mentioned earlier, it's mostly unnecessary bloat.
