Hello Forum, here are your queries rephrased:

1) I'm unsure if I should back up just the Documents folder or everything. If needed, what steps should I follow?
2) I have Office 2007 installed and need to keep it running. Any suggestions?
3) Where can I find the HP drivers for my custom hardware?
4) If I decide to switch drives, how would I install Windows 10 without paying for it?
5) If I want to reinstall Windows 7, do I need an OEM key? Is there a download link for a W7 Home Basic OEM ISO? I also have the System Reserved and HP Tools partitions. Thanks!

1. Open the backup tool for Windows 7 and pick the folders you wish to back up.
2. You should be able to reinstall it during the update in Windows 10.
3. HP drivers are generally common... provided you can manage driver updates.
4. The motherboard is the only component that remains unchanged while retaining the same Windows version.
5. There’s a setting to revert to Windows 7 if needed. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS BASED ON BETA INFORMATION.

Updates come with your purchase; you might need to reinstall graphics drivers if you haven't yet updated to compatible Windows 10 versions. Installing was a must, and it worked perfectly. Questions 4 and 5 are unclear—I’d just suggest proceeding, you won’t regret it. Windows 8.1 was solid (for me), and Windows 10 is performing well too, except for Cortana which only functions in the US. Enjoy the upgrade!

I don't possess the disk. It was included with the installation.

Also consider the HP Webcam App and other related software.

Sure, I understand. You're currently using the 32-bit version of W7 and are considering downloading the 64-bit edition.

If you switch from an AMD build to a new Intel chip using a new Intel MOBO, you’ll lose the free Windows 10 and need to buy another version?

That's the sole reason for a reinstall other than the HDD.
