Hi, here are your questions rephrased:
I'm using Linux Mint 17 and want to know if installing Windows 10 Technical Preview will give me access to the full version once it launches. Also, I have some games in my Steam library on Linux—will they function properly on Windows 10? Lastly, is Windows 10 suitable for running the technical preview version? Thanks!

Yes, you'll remain a permanent beta tester. If you're not comfortable with this but still want to try, simply add yourself to the slow ring—Thiers usually has fewer issues.
2. It seems all Steam games run smoothly on Windows.
3. I really enjoy it. The start menu tiles are a nice touch and make it easy to check the calendar, weather, or mail. I've played with 95 XP across Vista, 7, 8, and 8.1; my favorite was XP for its visual appeal. 10 is noticeably quicker and smoother than 8 and 7.
