s about Modding Tools
I recently purchased a new PC and am eager to dive into modding my games—starting with Skyrim and moving on to Fallout: New Vegas. However, I’ve come across a heated debate about whether to use NMM or MO for installing mods. I just want to ask a few clarifying questions and get some guidance.
1. Which method do you suggest and why?
2. I’m planning to add about 100-150 mods, including graphical ones and ENBs. Which system would work better for this?
3. NMM is known for being straightforward to install, but I’ve heard it can be tricky if things go wrong. Is that accurate? Are both options reliable for my needs?
Feel free to share any advice or insights—thank you in advance!
I rely on Nexus mods, they're simple to install. With only around 10 activated atm, it's hard to predict how it would look with 100 or 150.
NMM supports 100 to 150 mods. When everything works well, Skyrim originally featured around 123 mods. Tools such as TESV Edit can start the game and guide you through the loading process, helping you identify which mods or combinations cause problems efficiently.
