You can search names in a spreadsheet on both Android and PC. Conditional formatting is available, though you’ll need to set up rules manually. Combining data from multiple sheets is possible by copying totals or counts into another sheet. This way you can track your game collection easily.

Thank you for the feedback. Will the search include all sheets or just one? Regarding the second question, how would that work?

CNTRL+F applies only to the current page or sheet. Formulas in Sheets are tricky, but in Excel you can use Find formula to search across all sheets for a keyword. 2. I attempted this once in Excel but it didn’t work. 3. You’ll need a formula that connects to the specific sheet you want. If this were Excel, you could even look through another file. I’m not sure if that’s possible with Google Drive items.

Thanks for the updates on what you've accomplished. I'm still working on finding a way to address part two, and so far I haven't located any resources. It seems the focus might have shifted from the original point to something else.

For # 2 it's straightforward, following your example (G column and the word complete). Open Conditional Formatting (Format > Conditional Formatting) And for the Rule: Apply to Range G:G Format Cells if: - Text is Exactly. Formatting Style: Default This will highlight any cell in Column G containing "complete" in green color.
