Hey everyone, I just figured out a few things recently. I’ve been avoiding updating my BIOS, even though I know it’s not ideal. I have some questions: Should I use the Gigabyte app center for updates? It looks straightforward and reliable. I’ve attached my motherboard details and bios list now. After updating to F1, they’re running F15a, which is great. I noticed F12 supports 9th gen CPUs, but I have an 8600k processor. Will that cause any problems? Thanks to anyone who can assist.
They don’t know much about their software. However, stick to the traditional method. The main risk for a bios update is losing power during the process—avoid doing it when there’s a storm or any other disruption.
