I'm planning to leave my PC running overnight so all my Steam games can download. Then I'll use Defraggler and run a full defrag, but I need to decide: 1) Do a quick defrag first and then a full one, or 2) Run a full defrag right away? A quick defrag should help a bit, but will it really make a difference? If I do a full defrag, will the drive be completely clean afterward?
Just do a full defrag once. I see no point in doing a quick defrag and then a full defrag; you're just wasting time.
