Hey there, for your custom-built PC with H81M-Plus and Intel Pentium G3260, you're looking to upgrade to an i5 or i7. I don't have personal recommendations, but I can suggest some options. Also, regarding your BIOS setting of Optimal Mode, it's a good idea to stick with it for your G3260 processor.

here is the CPU you want: its an i7 and you can overclock it if you want. but this is top of the line.

But here is a nice i5 and it also has very good performance. you can also overclock this.
