I'm preparing an upgrade for my PC and decided to go with the MoBo ASUS X570 TUF GAMING. I checked the QVL and found a memory kit in my budget, but it mentions version 4.31 is only confirmed. I can't verify it before buying, so should I take the risk? What might happen if I make a mistake? My current setup is still with my mom, so I need to be careful.

For the CPU, I was considering the R5 3600X. I might stretch the budget to get a higher-end option like the R7 3700X or the 3800X, but I don’t want to overspend just for extra performance. Reviews and benchmarks suggest a noticeable boost in speed, though the exact improvement is unclear. I plan to pair it with an RTX 2070 Super later.

I’ll also upgrade my monitor at some point. Thanks a lot!
