Have you heard about how to locate the phone number Luke mentioned in that video about Blizzard support? It seems similar to what happened to me on Code Mw 2019—playing on normal servers, banned instantly after spending $20 on the battle pass. I haven’t played in a week and am really frustrated. The game just blocks access to the campaign or spec ops permanently. The Activision site says there’s no chance to dispute it. Here’s the link if you try it.

Luke had connections before. At first I appreciated that he acted like a regular user without special contacts. But after the update, he gained influence from being a former tech-tuber, with contacts in Blizzard’s esports scene (his brother even casts SC2 tournaments) and more. So beyond just asking Luke directly about it? It might be better to talk to a Blizzard employee.
