Indeed, the CLI on Linux can be confusing and lacks a clear, intuitive design. Much of its complexity comes from early days when memory was costly, so developers resorted to shortcuts and unconventional symbols to conserve space.

It's quite fascinating. Originally intended as a free, open-source version of an older Windows release (possibly Windows 95), it has evolved into a "Windows-like" system inspired by Unix principles. The goal remains a fully free and open-source alternative to Windows that supports native execution of Windows applications. This concept is intriguing and I’d like to explore it further, though it hasn’t reached a stable release yet. It’s unique enough to be worth considering, even if it isn’t yet practical for everyday use.
