Ryzen-Prozessor mit reduzierter Spannungseinstellung Verbessert die Leistung und Energieeffizienz
Hello, I'm trying to raise the voltage on my Ryzen 7 5800X3D to boost its frequency. I've checked some videos, but I'm not sure if they match my setup—my motherboard is a Gigabyte AB350N-Gaming WIFI and the BIOS is F51h. If you need more details, just let me know. Thanks!

This kind of voltage adjustment is mainly found in laptops. Desktops offer more flexibility in terms of voltage and speed. Larger frequencies require more power. Both lowering the voltage and boosting the frequency have limits. Share your temperatures if possible. If you have enough buffer, try overclocking; if you're near the maximum, undervolt instead. You can adjust the Vcore settings in your UEFI. Tools like Throttlestop or Ryzen Master can help with this when using Windows.
Don't push it too hard. Just lower the voltage a bit and consider better cooling options if needed. If you still aim for higher performance, overclocking is definitely possible since you seem to have room before overheating issues arise. However, Cinebench only gives part of the picture—monitor your temperatures during everyday activities like gaming or browsing. If you feel comfortable with the thermal margins, then going overclock is totally acceptable.
Lower temperatures are always preferable, but if you're aiming for top performance, it's up to you whether to push your CPU or not. First, check if your GPU is being limited by your CPU. Are you still getting good results from your CPU? If yes, then skip overclocking. A small amount of overclocking within the same voltage range usually isn't a big issue.
