The safe maximum voltage is 1.5. This comes from a very detailed and confusing Reddit discussion, but logic tells us most Ryzen chips stay under this limit. If yours does, adjust the settings accordingly. Use the "Windows balanced" power plan. In advanced settings, set minimum processor state to 85% and maximum to 100%. This should resolve the issue, but stick strictly to these values.
