Additionally, I have the ASRock Thunderbolt 3 card and the Windows Thunderbolt 3 driver is unstable. For example, when you shut down, Windows ignores your Thunderbolt connections until you reconnect the cable.

It's not just AM4, it's embedded in the table—it's TR4, meaning first and second Threadripper models. Still Ryzen, but the connector layout and chipset are entirely distinct from a Ryzen 3 to 9.
