Ryzen memory OC help.
Ryzen memory OC help.
The specs match the requirements, this setup was chosen because it was a good offer and the only viable combination of motherboard, memory, and components available. I installed the D.O.C.P oc during assembly, after acquiring the mounting bracket for my cryorig H7. Once I had it, I replaced the cooler as usual. It seems to be a coincidence, but since then the DOCP oc has become unstable. I can turn it on and the system runs smoothly in games, though restarting often causes it to cycle and display an overclock failure message. I've updated the BIOS. Some suggest trying a small overclock on the CPU might help. My main reason for not overclocking initially was the high electricity costs and the need for consistent performance and stability. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
restart bios to default configurations even the memory the system has booted from, then run a few times after returning to UEFI BIOS and enabling the AXMP option. Save and reboot.
It's hard to deny I've noticed the same issue—stable at 2800 but unstable at 2933 during stress tests, just like you mentioned after a few restarts.
