Hi at all, i'm having an issue with my pc. I don't know if i already got this problem but i just saw it after a clean reinstallation of windows 10. Pc Specs: CPU: AMD RYZEN 3700X MB: ASUS X570 TUF GAMING PLUS Bios Version: 1407 Ram: HyperX predator 3600mhz GPU: Asus turbo 2080 CPU COOLER: h100i platinum My pc can't go under the basic frequency of the cpu (3.6Ghz). I already checked the powerplan mode, tried to unistall and reinstall amd chipset, and reset bios removing battery. On idle cpu is on 45/50 C° on corsair balanced perfomance on pump and fans. I really don't know how can i fix this or is it normal? Thank you

It's typical. You're likely accustomed to laptops using lower CPU speeds to conserve power.
