It's typical for CCD1(Tdie) and CCD2(Tdie) to vary slightly by about 10 °C.

It might simply be that one CCD had more stress in its cores than the other. The idle readings seem nearly the same for both. Have you attempted a full-array 100% workload and measured the temps afterward? Running something like Cinebench could also help.

each CCD contains a few CPU cores, and their workloads are always uneven. It's more efficient to assign cores within the same CCD for identical tasks, unless the task requires more cores than available per CCD.

The temperature difference between Tdies in cinematic scenes is only about 3°C, which isn't very noticeable.
