Hello everyone,
I’m planning to assemble the PC at the link you shared. I’m upgrading from a Ryzen 1st generation and need your advice on key components, especially the motherboard, GPU, and power supply.
My focus is on graphic design, aiming to transition into 3D modeling, CAD, and video editing. I’m also a casual gamer, mainly playing Assassin’s Creed COD, and I’d like to complete the build by the end of this month or before the early Black Friday sales.
My budget is limited to around $1300, and I’ll be sourcing parts from the USA.

Auto CAD will pose challenges when trying to secure a GPU within a budget. Only officially supported Workstation cards are available.

Of course, we need to ignore the fact that Auto CAD can't afford to purchase a GPU solely because it needs a workstation GPU.

You can certainly utilize consumer-grade graphics cards. I suggest opting for the strongest available, such as a 4070/S or 4070 ti/S.

Autocad operates smoothly on any GPU, though these devices don't significantly improve its speed.
